Warranty Terms & Conditions:

1) Coverage:

• Medihands warrants that all Medihands products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

2) 1-to-1 Exchange Warranty:

• If any Medihands product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Medihands will provide a 1-to-1 exchange, replacing the defective unit with a new or refurbished unit, at Medihands' discretion.

3) Warranty Limitations:

• This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.

4) Eligibility for Warranty:

• The warranty is only available if the product is purchased from Medihands directly or any of our authorized dealers or resellers.
• The product must be originally sold to you in its original sealed packaging.

5) Exclusions from Warranty:

• Accessories of the device, including but not limited to arm cuffs, batteries, USB cables, and test strips, are excluded from the warranty coverage.

6) Initiating a Warranty Claim:

• To initiate a warranty claim, the customer can contact Medihands Customer Support via the provided contact information in the user manual or by submitting a claim on the official Medihands website: https://www.medihands.com.my/pages/warranty-claim
• The customer will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
• Warranty claim will be void if information provided is not complete.

7) Return Process:

• If a warranty claim is approved, Medihands will provide instructions for returning the defective unit. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping costs associated with returning the product.

8) Replacement Product:

• The replacement product provided under this warranty will have a warranty coverage period equal to the remaining duration of the original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

10) Limitation of Liability:

• Medihands' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Medihands be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages.

11) Governing Law:

• This warranty is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

12) Modification of Terms:

• Medihands reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms on the official Medihands website.
